Mountain High Yoghurt Marketing
Mountain High Yoghurt was founded in the 1970's by two friends who were inspired by the traditional European style of yogurt making. They used fresh, local ingredients and a slow, culturing process to create a yogurt that was thick, creamy, and flavorful.
In the early days, Mountain High Yoghurt was sold at farmers markets and health food stores. But as the company grew in popularity, it began to be sold in supermarkets and other retail outlets across the country.
In 2007, I joined the U Creative Group, a marketing and advertising agency that was hired by Mountain High Yoghurt to help the company grow its brand. I worked as a lead creative on the Mountain High Yoghurt account, and I was responsible for a wide range of marketing activities, including:
- Packaging art
- Online and offline advertising
- Photography
- Website design and development
- Email campaigns
- Reporting metrics back to the client
I worked with a talented team of designers, developers, writers, and photographers to create a marketing campaign that was both visually appealing and informative. We used a variety of channels to reach our target audience, including print, television, radio, and online advertising.
Our marketing efforts were a success, and Mountain High Yoghurt experienced rapid growth during my time at U Creative Group. The company's sales increased by double digits each year, and it became one of the leading large tub yogurt producers in the United States.
In 2010, Mountain High Yoghurt was acquired by General Mills, a major food manufacturer. The acquisition was a testament to the success of the company's marketing efforts, and it ensured that Mountain High Yoghurt would continue to be a popular yogurt brand for many years to come.
I am proud of the work that I did at U Creative Group, and I am glad that I was able to play a role in the success of Mountain High Yoghurt. The company's story is a testament to the power of marketing, and it shows how a well-executed marketing campaign can help a small business grow into a national brand.
